# অগ্নি প্রতিরোধ ও নির্বাপণ বিধিমালা, ২০১৪

> Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Rules, 2014: rules made under section 28 of the Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Act, 2003, governing warehouse/factory fire licensing, building fire clearance, occupancy certificates, and slum fire safety.

**অগ্নি প্রতিরোধ ও নির্বাপণ বিধিমালা, ২০১৪** (Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Rules, 2014) is subordinate legislation made by the Government of Bangladesh's Ministry of Home Affairs (স্বরাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয়, অগ্নি অধিশাখা), under the powers granted by section 28 of the Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Act, 2003 (২০০৩ সনের ৭নং আইন). It was published as a gazette notification (এস, আর, ও নং ২৩০-আইন/২০১৪) dated 30 Bhadra 1421 Bangabda / 14 September 2014, in the Bangladesh Gazette extraordinary issue of 18 September 2014.
