# বিধি ১৪। লাইসেন্স ফিস

> License fee rate per the first schedule, with a rebate of up to 20% for compliant fire-safety measures.

আইন এর ধারা ৪(৬)(খ) অনুসারে দাহ্যবস্তুর মালগুদাম ও কারখানার লাইসেন্স ফিস প্রথম তফসিলে উল্লিখিত হারে নির্ধারিত হইবে এবং অগ্নি প্রতিরোধ ও নির্বাপণ ব্যবস্থায় উৎসাহী করার জন্য লাইসেন্সধারী মালগুদাম বা কারখানাকে উহার মোট নির্ণীত ফিস হইতে প্রথম তফসিলের টেবিলে উল্লিখিত পদ্ধতিতে রিবেট বা বাট্টা প্রদান করা হইবে, তবে রিবেট বা বাট্টা সুবিধার পরিমাণ কখনও ২০% এর বেশি হইবে না।
