# বিধি ২৪। রহিতকরণ ও হেফাজত

> Repeal of the Fire Service Rules, 1961, and savings of actions taken under it.

* (১) Fire Service Rules, 1961 এতদ্‌দ্বারা রহিত করা হইল।

* (২) উপ-বিধি (১) এর অধীন রহিত হওয়া সত্ত্বেও উক্ত রহিতকৃত Rules এর অধীন সূচিত বা গৃহীত সকল কার্যক্রম এই বিধিমালার অধীন সূচিত বা গৃহীত হইয়াছে বলিয়া গণ্য হইবে।
