# বিধি ৮। লাইসেন্সের শর্তাবলী ও মান

> License conditions follow the third schedule; standards follow column 9 of the first schedule.

আইনের ধারা ২৮ এর উপ-ধারা (২)(ঘ) অনুসারে লাইসেন্স প্রদানের শর্তাবলী এবং মান হইবে যথাক্রমে তৃতীয় তফসিলে উল্লিখিত শর্তাবলীর অনুরূপ এবং প্রথম তফসিলের কলাম ৯ এ উল্লিখিত মানের অনুরূপ।
