# পাবলিক প্রকিউরমেন্ট বিধিমালা, ২০২৫

> Public Procurement Rules, 2025: rules made under section 70 of the Public Procurement Act, 2006, governing procurement of goods, works, physical services and intellectual and professional services.

**পাবলিক প্রকিউরমেন্ট বিধিমালা, ২০২৫** (Public Procurement Rules, 2025) is subordinate legislation made by the Government of Bangladesh's Ministry of Planning, Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation Division (পরিকল্পনা মন্ত্রণালয়, বাস্তবায়ন পরিবীক্ষণ ও মূল্যায়ন বিভাগ), under the powers granted by section 70 of the Public Procurement Act, 2006 (Act No. 24 of 2006). It was published as a gazette notification (এস. আর. ও. নং ৩৮৮-আইন/২০২৫) dated 13 Ashwin 1432 Bangabda / 28 September 2025.
