পরিবেশ সংরক্ষণ বিধিমালা, ২০২৩ (Environment Conservation Rules, 2023) is subordinate legislation made by the Government of Bangladesh’s Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (পরিবেশ, বন ও জলবায়ু পরিবর্তন মন্ত্রণালয়), under the powers granted by section 20 of the Bangladesh Environment Conservation Act, 1995 (Act No. 1 of 1995). It was published as a gazette notification (এস, আর, ও নম্বর ৫৩/আইন/২০২৩) dated 17 Falgun 1429 Bangabda / 2 March 2023, in the Bangladesh Gazette extraordinary issue of 5 March 2023. It repeals the Environment Conservation Rules, 1997.
